As the Director of Xiris Allied Health, Mostafa leads with a vision—one that prioritises quality care, professional growth, and service expansion. He thrives on building high performing multidisciplinary teams and developing sustainable healthcare models that empower allied health professionals to make a real difference in people’s lives.

Naomi Desira

Naomi Desira is a dynamic and results-driven leader with a proven track record in transforming healthcare operations. As Head of Practice and Facility Operations, Naomi brings a wealth of experience in managing multidisciplinary teams, streamlining clinic workflows, and elevating the standard of patient care across diverse healthcare environments.

With a strong foundation in Allied Health management and over three years of hands-on leadership in the healthcare sector, Naomi is known for her ability to integrate practice management with facility operations seamlessly. Her expertise lies in developing efficient systems, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.

Head of Clinical Services

Hee-Lian

With over 30 years of experience in physiotherapy, Hee-Lian brings a wealth of clinical expertise, leadership, and strategic vision to her role as Head of Clinical Services at Xiris Allied Health. Her career has spanned diverse roles including Clinician, Team Leader, Mentor, Student Supervisor, and Practice Manager—each contributing to her deep understanding of multidisciplinary care delivery.

Hee-Lian has worked extensively across adult and paediatric services, delivering care in areas such as neurology, workers’ compensation, geriatrics, disabilities, chronic disease, and acute health care. Her key areas of clinical interest include adult rehabilitation, paediatric neurology, autism support, and injury management in workers’ compensation.

Doctor of Physiotherapy (DPT)

Joshua Mitchell

Joshua Mitchell is an accomplished physiotherapist with a deep-rooted passion for movement science and patient care. Holding a Doctor of Physiotherapy and a Bachelor of Chiropractic Science from Macquarie University, Josh brings a rare and powerful combination of clinical expertise and academic leadership to Xiris Allied Health.

Josh’s diverse career spans over a decade across multidisciplinary private practices, elite sports, and occupational health settings. He has provided physiotherapy services to professional and semi-professional sports teams including Sydney FC, Canberra Raiders NRL, and the Knox Rugby Club, equipping him with a strong foundation in high-performance rehabilitation and injury prevention.

Abdelrahim Eltanoby

With over 15 years of experience, Abdelrahim Eltanoby is a highly skilled physiotherapist with a deep passion for helping patients improve their quality of life. He specialises in the treatment of musculoskeletal, neurological, and paediatric conditions, delivering tailored care that supports long-term recovery and enhanced mobility.

Abdelrahim brings a wide range of hands-on techniques to his sessions, including soft tissue release, dry needling, cupping, and taping. His personalised approach and commitment to results have earned him a strong reputation for achieving lasting improvements in pain management and functional recovery.

Podiatrist

Cassandra Wright

Cassandra Wright is a highly experienced podiatrist with a strong clinical background and a passion for delivering high-quality, patient-centred care. She completed her Bachelor of Applied Science in Human Biology at the University of Canberra in 1996, followed by a Bachelor of Applied Science in Podiatry at the University of Western Sydney after spending two years abroad.

Cassandra’s career has spanned both public and private healthcare settings. She served as Deputy Director of Podiatry for the Sydney Local Health District for six years, where she developed a keen interest in high-risk foot care and complex case management. She later deepened her expertise in the aged care sector, working extensively with elderly patients to support foot health, mobility, and quality of life.

Physiotherapist

Ola Eldiriny

Ola Eldiriny is a passionate and experienced physiotherapist with over 13 years of clinical expertise across musculoskeletal, neurological, post-operative, and women’s health rehabilitation. Her career spans internationally, with valuable experience gained in Egypt, the UAE, and now Australia—having worked in leading JCIA accredited hospitals including Al Zahra Hospital and Burjeel Hospital in Dubai.

Ola holds a Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy from 6 October University in Egypt and a Level 7 Diploma in Health and Social Care Management from the UK. She specialises in post-operative recovery, chronic pain management, sports injuries, and women’s health physiotherapy, offering a comprehensive and compassionate approach to care.

Head of Clinic Growth and Development

Elaine Tan

Elaine Tan is a highly accomplished and titled Sports and Exercise Physiotherapist with over 15 years of clinical and leadership experience spanning musculoskeletal injuries, sports medicine, and occupational health. Her career has taken her from working with elite athletes—including members of the Chinese Olympic teams—to supporting international events such as the 2018 Commonwealth Games.

As a Head Practitioner and seasoned team leader, Elaine has a proven track record of growing high-performing allied health teams, leading clinical governance, and implementing continuous quality improvement across practices. Her commitment to clinical excellence is reflected in her development of tailored programs focused on mentorship, professional development, and evidence-based care.

Accredited Exercise Physiologist

Shae Phipps

Shae is a passionate and highly skilled Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP) with a strong commitment to helping individuals move better, feel stronger, and live healthier lives. With a Bachelor of Exercise Science and Rehabilitation and national accreditation through ESSA, she brings extensive experience across clinical, community, and disability settings.

Operating across the Southern Highlands and now expanding into Goulburn, Shae delivers personalised, evidence-based exercise programs tailored to support a wide range of health needs. Her areas of expertise include chronic disease management, injury rehabilitation, disability support (including NDIS), mental health, women’s health (PCOS and pelvic health), hypermobility, lifestyle coaching, and functional movement.

Ankush Kumar

Ankush Kumar is an experienced and compassionate physiotherapist with over 8 years of clinical expertise in musculoskeletal, orthopaedic, neurological, and sports rehabilitation. Holding a Master’s degree in Musculoskeletal Disorders, Ankush has dedicated his career to helping patients regain strength, reduce pain, and restore function.

He specialises in the treatment of sports injuries, arthritis, back and neck pain, stroke rehabilitation, and chronic pain conditions. With certifications in Dry Needling, Cupping Therapy, and Spinal Manual Therapy, Ankush delivers personalised, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs and goals.
